This recipe uses cooked beets but you can use raw if you have a powerful blender.
1 cup pineapple (I used frozen)
1 cup power greens
1/2 cup cooked beets
1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder, optional (I use Garden of Life RAW MEAL)
1-1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1. Throw everything in a blender and let it run until smooth.
