Broccoli "Rice"

serves 2-4

Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli stems

Directions

1. Peel the tough outer layer from the stems.

2. Cut into large chunks.

3. Pulse in food processor until it is the size of rice.

4. Steam, saute, or eat raw and use as you would with regular rice.

Notes

You can do the same with the florets.
