makes 8-10 balls
1 cup cashews
1 cup pitted dates
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash of salt (optional)
3 tablespoons raw cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips
1. In a food processor, add the nuts, dates, vanilla, and salt and process until smooth and sticks together.
2. Then pulse in the cacao nibs.
3. Roll into balls.
4. Place in the fridge so they firm up or just devour!
