Hempseed Tabbouleh Salad

Ingredients

1/2 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 cups leafy green of choice (spinach, kale, chard, collards, romaine, etc), finely chopped
1/3 cup shelled hempseeds
1 tablespoon hemp oil or olive oil
Juice from half a lemon
salt, to taste


Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Enjoy!
