1 head of cauliflower, cut in large pieces
½ cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper, to taste
1.Steam cauliflower until very tender.
2.Place in a food processor with the broth, garlic, nutritional yeast, and salt & pepper. Processuntil smooth, add more broth if necessary. Or mash by hand.
