Parmesan "Cheese"

Ingredients

½ cup walnuts
¼ cup nutritional yeast*
salt, to taste

Directions

1. Place ingredients in a food processor or small chopper and pulse/chop until it reaches the consistency of parmesan cheese.

Notes

*Nutritional yeast can be found in the bulk section or in the supplement/nutrition area in Health Food Stores.

Feel free to use any nut or seed instead of walnuts.
