1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
dash of salt
1/3-1/2 cup water
1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Start with 1/3 cup water and add as necessary to achieve consistency of pancake batter.
2. Lightly oil a small saute pan and heat on medium.
3. Pour batter into pan and cook 5-7 minutes per side, until lightly brown.
This makes a great alternative to tortillas or for wraps or as a side to soups/stews.
